About KiKi Meow

Our story

KiKi Meow started with a frustration every cat owner knows: shopping for cat supplies online felt like a lottery. Cheap plastic that cracks in a week, photos that do not match the box, two-month shipping waits, and return policies written in the shop’s favour. We wanted a store that respected cats, the humans who clean up after them, and our own standards — so we built one.

What we curate

Every product is chosen for two customers: the cat who uses it and the human who buys and cleans it. We test for the things that matter in daily life — whether a fountain is easy to clean, whether a scratcher tips when a heavy cat leans on it, whether a feeder dispenses a sane portion. Our ranges:

• Water fountains & feeding: stainless steel, ceramic and BPA-free plastic; fountains, bowls, slow feeders, mats.
• Beds & calming: cave beds, donut beds, heated pads, calming plush for anxious travellers.
• Scratchers: vertical, horizontal, sisal and cardboard, sized for the cat you actually have.
• Toys: puzzle feeders, wands, kickers, and laser-free alternatives we trust.
• Grooming: brushes, combs, nail care, bathing and deshedding tools.
• Travel & collars: carriers, harness sets, calming collars, collapsible bowls.
• Litter & hygiene: mats, scoopers, deodorisers, training aids.

How we fulfil orders

We work with vetted dropshipping partners, primarily CJ Dropshipping, shipping from our fulfilment facility in China. Dropshipping lets us offer a wide range without sitting on huge stock, which keeps prices fair and the selection fresh. It also means some items ship from outside your country — your tracking link shows exactly where.

Our standards (what you can expect)

• Honest listings: real photos where we have them, real dimensions, real weights, real care notes.
• Fair prices: priced to keep the lights on, not to maximise every order.
• Tracked shipping: every parcel gets a link the moment it leaves our facility.
• Free standard shipping on light orders (up to 2.75 lb): a courtesy, because postage should not sting.
• 30-day Happiness Guarantee: unused items come back within 30 days.
• A real human reply: email us and a person reads it within 24 hours on business days.

What we will not do

• List products that are unsafe, cheaply made, or that no cat would actually use.
• Quote a delivery window we do not believe in.
• Sell your data, ever.
• Make you chase a refund through a chatbot. If it is our fault, we fix it and we pay the return postage.

Quality and safety

We treat pet safety as non-negotiable. Products are chosen for durability and safe materials, but a pet should always be supervised with a new item, and any toy showing wear should be replaced. Where a product is defective, we make it right under the guarantee.

Sustainability

We are not perfect, and we will not pretend to be. We prefer durable items over disposable ones, reduce unnecessary packaging where we can, and choose partners who consolidate shipments to cut wasted miles. It is a work in progress; we share it honestly rather than greenwash it.

Behind the brand

KiKi Meow is run by a small team of cat people in Kowloon, Hong Kong. Our founders are the kind who photograph every box their cat rejects and argue about which litter is “actually unscented”. That obsession is the product.
